Q: What are the dates for Camp Hope, CBA, 2018?
A: Girls Week: June 11-15, 2018
Boys Week: June 18-22, 2018
Q. What time and where is check-in?
A: Check-in will be from 9:00am-10:00am at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (3650 GA-369, Gainesville, GA) on the Monday of each week of camp.
Q: Do I need to bring any documentation with me to registration?
A: Please bring a copy of your acceptance letter and a copy of the camper's birth certificate.
Q: What is the cost?
A: Camp Hope is provided at no cost to he campers. The operating costs of camp are covered by donations from churches, individuals, and business.
Q: How do I register a Camper?
A:Apply online now or click here to download a copy of the Camper Application. Paper applications are available at the Chattahoochee Baptist Association office (1220 McEver Road, Gainesville, GA).
Q: What if my child has allergies, medical conditions, etc.?
A: Camp Hope welcomes all students and offers a full-time on-site camp nurse. Be sure to complete all relevant information in the medical section of the Camper Application. The nurse or a representative will be available at check-in to discuss any last-minute concerns.
If a child is injured during camp, first aid will be administered by our staff. If an injury or medical emergency arises that cannot be handled on-site, emergency services will be called and parents will be notified.
Q: Can I send a letter to my child?
A: Yes. Letters and small packages can be mailed to your camper. Please remember that it will take a few days for the mail to arrive at camp, so please plan accordingly. Mail can be sent to:

Q: What should my child pack for camp?

Q: If I need to contact a Camp Hope, CBA, staff member during camp, who do I call?
A: In the event of an emergency at home, parents or guardians can reach Camp Hope through the Georgia Baptist Conference Center at 706-886-3133. Please note that under normal circumstances, campers will not be allowed to call home. Thanks for your understanding!

Campers may not bring cell phones, media players, or any other electronic devices to camp. Also, campers will not need any money while at Camp Hope. Please leave them at home!!!
